Temperature & humidity sensors - A range of battery-powered indoor and outdoor temperature sensors, with and without probes. Suitable for environmental or fridge/freezer monitoring.

Radar tank level sensors - A range of working prototype radar sensors that use different radar modules with differing detection ranges.

Pressure sensors - A range of air, water and kerosene pressure sensors that use different versions of the WNK81MA pressure sensor. Use cases include tank level monitoring and system pressure measurement in HVAC and solar thermal water heating systems.

Particulate matter sensor - Custom built unit based on the Sensiron SEN54 (mains powered) sensor module. Measures 4 different particle sizes including those recommended by HSE.

LoRa push buttons - Portable ‘help’/lone worker button and also a fixed, wall mounted, version.

Remote reset switch.- A remotely controlled power switch that enables users to recycle electronic equipment – an issue with Wi-Fi routers and computerized communications equipment.

Pulse counter (LoRa) - Used in remote energy monitoring to count the output pulses from water and electric meters.

PT100 temperature sensor - Used to monitor Platinum based PT100 temperature probes – often used in monitoring high temperatures.

4-20mA current sensor - Battery powered unit that can remotely power and monitor the output of any 4-20mA sensor. Can be used with a wide range of industrial sensors.

Pulse counter (Gas) - Used in remote energy monitoring to count the output pulses from gas meters (which require ATEX approved devices).

Remotely monitored String Potentiometer - Used to remotely monitor small structural movements e.g. in rail tracks or bridges.

Mains power ON/OFF monitor - Custom-built battery-powered device to monitor the ON/OFF status of remote equipment. LoRaWAN and NB-IOT versions available. Use cases include monitoring the status of remote generators.

Loadcell monitor - Used to monitor the expansion and contraction of loadcells, which are used to calculate the weight or expansion of attached containers. A typical application is monitoring the weight of animal feed in remote feed bins on farms. Available in LoRaWAN and NB-IOT versions.

Mould sensor - offers a powerful, cost-effective solution to monitor and mitigate mould risks in real time - For housing providers, managing mould is not only a health concern but also a legal obligation under Awaab’s Law - From October 2025 social landlords will be required to address damp and mould hazards that present a significant risk of harm to tenants within fixed timescales .... within 14 days of complaints being made and with 7 days to begin work to repair a property when there is a risk to a residents’ health. However, challenges persist: Lack of Visibility: Traditional inspections often identify mould after it becomes visible, by which time tenant health may already be compromised.Resource Constraints: Frequent manual inspections and maintenance are labour-intensive and costly. Tenant Communication: Delays in reporting and addressing issues can erode trust and worsen tenant conditions.A battery-powered NB-IoT 5-in-1 Temperature and Humidity Sensor is specifically designed to address these challenges.

A new remote pressure monitoring product for use with pressurised hydronic heating systems -In development: ideal for homeowners, landlords. housing associations; there are 2 types:‘Wet’ central heating systems that circulate hot water to radiators and hot water storage tanks. Solar thermal water heating systemsBenefits: There are no lower-cost, connected, single-sensor pressure monitoring systems available on the market. Lack of system pressure is the number one cause of service calls to heating engineers. Unplanned and higher cost emergency maintenance call outs to reports of ‘no hot water’! Preventative maintenance costs less than reactive call outs. Overall, this will enable system maintenance to become preventative rather that reactive, saving on lost energy/carbon emissions and high, unplanned engineer callout costs.
